Barry G. Lazowski, President and CEO. Barry has been a parking industry professional since 1980. He is the founder, president and owner of Control Systems Inc., which was established in 1987. Control Systems is the largest parking revenue control company in the Northeast, with offices in New York, Connecticut and Maryland. Before founding Control Systems, Barry served as the CFO of Laz Parking Ltd., a parking management company with more than 400 employees and operations in six states.

Jay B. Blutt, Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Control Systems, Inc., Jay worked with the American National Red Cross and, for 25 years, he was the Administrative Director of the Connecticut Regional Blood Services operation. Servicing 40 hospitals in Connecticut, Jay’s responsibilities included assuring the adequate supply and delivery of all life-saving blood products throughout the state. As the Administrative Director, he managed 450 employees. Jay served on numerous national committees and was involved in developing the nations blood resource-sharing program.
